MADATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT DATE: TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2024 AT 1:00 PM AT THE EXISTING O.E. GRAY SCHOOL ENTRY AT 155 W. LEWIS STREET, PLATTVILLE WI 53818
BID OPENING DATE: WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2024 AFTER BIDS ARE RECEIVED.
BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 20, 2024 AT 2:00 PM LOCAL TIME (CST).
SEALED BIDS FOR THE PROJECT DESIGNATED ABOVE WILL BE RECEIVED IN PERSON AT THE OFFICE OF: PLATTEVILLE CITY HALL LOCATED AT 75 NORTH BONSON STREET, PLATTEVILLE, WI 53818
All bids will be publicly opened and read at the specified time and date indicated above by the Owner or their designee.
This will be bid as a lump-sum bid to be sub- contracted to the Construction Manager as Constructor. This bid package includes complete mass demolition of the existing buildings on parcels 271-1294 and 271-1295 in the City of Platteville located in Grant County, WI.
All Bids must be on a stipulated lump sum basis and follow strict submission standards provided within the bid documents.

Electronic copies of the above documents may be requested on or after November 5, 2024 from Kraemer Brothers by sending an email to Mitch Gilbertson
at mgilbertson@kraemerbrothers.com. The following information must be included in the email; requestor’s name, company name, physical address, telephone number and email address.
Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept any bid, reject any and all bids, and upon acceptance of any bid, to thereafter accept revisions or modifications on such bid.
