Lynn Parrott photo
At-Large

I’m Lynne Parrott, a native of Chicago, Illinois where I was a Youth Pastor, a playwright, and a community organizer. My family became residents of Platteville in the spring of 2017.  By the summer of 2017, I was hosting Bible studies from my home which opened a door for me to become Pastor Lynne of Bread of Life Church. That opportunity afforded me the chance to engage in the community. I was invited to be a Board Member with Family Advocates in 2018 and began to understand my purpose for the relocation. I love being an advocate for those who feel they have no voice. I want to help unlock the potential of others by building more bridges and closing gaps.

Bob has lived in Platteville since 2001 and, after retiring in 2020, he began volunteering for the Platteville Community Arboretum, and he currently serves as secretary for its Board of Directors.
