Newly Selected Alderperson At-Large Lynne Parrott to be Sworn in at Tuesday, August 10 In-person Meeting

The City of Platteville would like to welcome Lynne Parrott to the position of Alderperson At-Large. Parrott (pictured) will be officially sworn in at the Tuesday, August 10, 2021 in-person meeting.

Parrott was selected by the Council at the Tuesday, July 27 meeting to replace Robin Cline, who resigned from her position on May 25.  The term expires in April 2022.

Regular meetings will take place in the City Hall Council Chambers, 75 N. Bonson Street, on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, beginning at 7:00 p.m.  Citizens may choose to attend in-person or view the meetings livestreamed, via Zoom. Please see below for more information regarding the livestream (listen/view only) option. 

Social-distancing practices will be followed, and masks, although not required, will be available at the entrance for anyone who would prefer one.
