Todd Kasper
District 1
Todd is a Columbus, WI native and attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Upon graduation, he served as a police officer and deputy sheriff for 25 years, until he retired from the police force. Todd currently works at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in the Electrical Power Distribution program. Todd is married and is in the process of raising 5 children. He is excited to have been elected and looks forward to serving on the Common Council.
