Platteville Public Library To Host "Around The Farm Table With Inga Witscher" on March 16
The Platteville Public Library, 225 W Main St, Platteville (Wis), will host "Around the Farm Table with Inga Witscher" 1:00 p.m. March 16 at the Library.
Inga Witscher, host of the PBS Television series Around the Farm Table will present an educational and entertaining cooking demonstration featuring local, seasonal ingredients.
Witscher is a fourth generation dairy farmer and cheese maker who owns and operates a small organic dairy farm near Osseo, Wisconsin. Her show Around the Farm Table celebrates Wisconsin farms and local ingredients and is dedicated to connecting consumers to small, thoughtful producers through storytelling, forgotten recipes and entertainment.
