Building Code

The purpose of this chapter is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public and employees by establishing minimum standards for the design, construction, structural strength, quality of materials, adequate egress facilities, sanitary facilities, natural lighting, heating and ventilation, energy conservation, and fire safety for all buildings and places of employment in the City of Platteville.
