The Platteville Police Department is accepting applications for the position of Police Officer to establish an eligibility pool for future openings. Beginning pay is $21.65 with step increases to $28.06.
Click for Complete Job Description, Minimum Requirements and Application Materials. Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 12th, 2016. Written tests and physical fitness testing will be on Saturday, September 17th, 2016 during morning hours. The initial round of interviews will be on Wednesday, September 21st, 2016 in the afternoon/evening hours. There will be no alternative dates offered. For those selected to participate in the final round of interviews with the Police and Fire Commission that date has yet to be established.
