June 4, 2020
Due to the course/venue availability, the 2020 Golf summer program is canceled at this time.
April 20, 2020
At this time, we are canceling our Dance: Ballet & Beyond and Introduction to Sports programs, which were postponed on April 6. Refunds will be issued as a credit onto your account and may be used for future programming. If you would prefer a refund through your original payment method, please let us know by this Friday, April 24th.
Currently, we do plan to offer Dance and Introduction to Sports during the fall programming season.
April 13, 2020
The following spring programming has been postponed at this time:
Dance: Ballet and Beyond; Introduction to Sports
The current Safer at Home order is through April 24th, 2020. It is possible these programs will be postponed further or canceled. If we are not able to work out a time that works for you, full refunds will be issued. We will provide updates as we have additional information.
Spring programming that is canceled:
T-Ball; Volleyball

March 25, 2020
In accordance with the Safer At Home order, the outdoor fitness center and all playgrounds are closed starting at 8:00 a.m. on March 25, 2020. Parks and trails remain open and activities such as but not limited to walking biking, hiking, or running are permitted. Contact sports are not permitted. This includes but is not limited to basketball, ultimate frisbee, soccer, or football since these activities do not meet social distancing requirements.

Effective immediately, all City of Platteville Parks & Recreation programming is canceled through March 31. Please contact Recreation Staff via phone (608-348-1833) or email (recreation@platteville.org) with any questions.
