Water/Sewer Payment Options: While City Hall is closed to the public, payments must be placed in the silver "City of Platteville" locked box, located to the right of the steps in front of City Hall. Cash payments must be placed in an envelope with your name and service address clearly written on the envelope. Excess payments will be applied to your account as a credit.
You may also choose to make your payment online or by phone via Payment Service Network (PSN). PSN convenience fees will be applied to your payment. Fees are: $1.00 for a checking account payment or 2.75% (+ 0.50 cents for payments under $100) for credit or debit card payments.
