The City of Platteville seeks a City Clerk.

Position is responsible for administration of all elections held in the municipality; custody and maintenance of all official documents and records of the City as required by State Statutes; administration of various licenses; and other duties as specified in job description. Successful candidates will have an established track record of administration, problem-solving, initiative and strong customer service. Requires minimum 3 years of related experience in office operations, administration, computer use and writing. Previous municipal clerk experience a plus. Associates degree or four-year college degree desired. Salary based on experience but not less than $56,000 annually.
