Bid Opening: Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., C.S.T.
The City of Platteville, for this project, will receive bids through QuestCDN.com via the online electric bid service (QuestvBid) or by sealed paper copy until Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., C.S.T. Sealed paper bids shall be delivered to the Office of the City of Platteville located at 75 N. Bonson Street, Platteville, WI 53818.  All bids will be downloaded and publicly read aloud during the public bid opening that will be held at the office of the City of Platteville at the above address.

Description of Work: 
The Project consists of reconstructing approximately 300 feet of W. Adams Street from N. Chestnut Street to N. Court Street, which will include replacing the water main and sanitary sewer.  Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

Chestnut Street, Platteville, WI  53818,  (608)  348-5355,  mail@delta3eng.biz.  Bidding  documents  will  be  made  available  to Prospective Bidders after Friday, February 16, 2024.  Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained online at QuestCDN.com.  QuestCDN.com Vbid system requires Bidders to purchase bidding documents from QuestCDN. You may download the digital plan documents for a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 by inputting Quest eBidDoc #8934617 on the website’s Project Search page. Please contact QuestCDN.com at 952-233-1632 or  info@questcdn.com for assistance in free membership registration, downloading, and working with the digital project information.  Printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above for a non-refundable deposit of $150.00,  including  shipping,  upon  Issuing  Office’s  receipt  of  payment  for  the  Bidding  Documents. Bidding Documents may also be examined at the office of the City of Platteville, at 75 N. Bonson Street, Platteville, Wisconsin 53818, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST.  Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.  Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
