City of Platteville, Wisconsin shall be accepting sealed bids for the following pieces of equipment for the Street Department. Click here for 2025 Mini Excavator minimum specifications.
A) One (1) New Mini Excavator w/ cab and thumb
Trading in a 2015 Cat 303E.
Contact Nick at (608)348-8828 to inspect the trade in vehicle. The City of Platteville will not turn in the trade vehicle until we received and inspected the new vehicle.

Sealed quotes with the envelope clearly marked indicating the item quoted will be received in the office of the City Manager, Municipal Building, and 75 N Bonson Street until 10:00 a.m. Friday,
December 20, 2024.
The quotes shall be made out on the proposal forms furnished by the City of Platteville. Any alteration or extension of the form or the furnishings on it of any unsolicited information may cause the quote to be declared informal and result in its being rejected.
The bids will be evaluated to see if they meet the specifications before we make an award.
The City of Platteville reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive any informalities or to accept the proposal deemed the most advantageous to said city.
