Informational Meeting on Business 151 Safety Improvement Project to Be Held Monday, August 9
The Business Hwy 151 Safety Improvement Program project is underway. As of the beginning of August, construction has started from Staley Avenue (the Platteville Regional Chamber area) and is progressing to the area of Four Seasons Landscaping.
The Business Hwy 151 Safety Improvement Program project will convert 2 lanes to 3 lanes from Staley Avenue to Eastside Road and convert 4 lanes to 3 lanes from Eastside Road to the divided 4 lane road by A&W. There will be pedestrian accommodations at the Water Street and Eastside Road intersections. There will be a pedestrian path from NOVUS to Eastside Road.
There will be an informational meeting on the progress of the Business 151 project on Monday, August 9 at 4:00 PM in the Conference Room at the Platteville Regional Chamber of Commerce Building, 275 West Business Hwy 151.
