ET Zoning Board of Appeals
The ET Zoning Board of Appeals shall consist of six members and two alternate members; three members and one alternate member shall be residents of the City, and three members and one alternate member shall be residents of the Town. The City members shall be appointed by the President of the Common Council, subject to confirmation of the Common Council. The Town members shall be appointed by the Town Board Chairman subject to confirmation of the Town Board. The members shall be appointed for terms of three years, except that of those first appointed two shall serve for one year, two for two years and two for three years. The alternate members shall serve three year terms.
The ET Zoning Board of Appeals meets the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, or as needed.
